Manifesto
Truth in Action
...Core Beliefs
1) Flow over friction
Flow-enhancing habits outperform mechanical scheduling. We optimize the whole, not local efficiencies.
2) Convivial tools
Technology should extend personal agency and enable interdependence—not extract attention or obedience.
3) Truth as utility
Evidence must be deterministic, tamper-evident, and portable. Telemetry becomes proof, not paperwork.
4) Minimal footprint
Store visit windows, not tracks. Use parcel polygons, not circles. Prefer pseudonymous identities by default.
Selected Lines
“Conviviality is individual freedom realized in personal interdependence.” — Ivan Illich, Tools for Conviviality
“Flow-enhancement practices are critical to delivery and often more effective than mechanical ones.” — From Critical Chain to Critical Flow
“Liberate access to things, the sharing of skills, and the creative resources of people.” — Ivan Illich, Deschooling Society
How This Shows Up in Actual
- Autonomous badge: logs parcel entrances/exits and asset proximity; cellular uplink on cadence.
- Evidence bundle: deterministic JSON + signature; single source of truth per site visit.
- On-badge attestation: simple end-of-day signal to close or trigger a return visit.
- Privacy by design: pseudonymous IDs; minimize raw tracks; keep HR mapping separate.
- System-agnostic: adapters for payroll, FSM, ERP, and BI; no vendor lock-in.
